Is there a minimum number of bookings required?
No minimums at all. Whether you need 2 journeys a month or 200, the account is completely free to open and maintain. You only pay for the journeys you use.
Can I book taxis for employees, guests or clients?
Yes — you can book for anyone from your account. Employees, guests, clients, visitors. All journeys are billed to your company account and show on your monthly invoice.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. Every month you receive a full itemised VAT invoice covering all journeys taken. East Kent Taxis Ltd is VAT registered. The invoice is sent directly to your email or accounts department.
How quickly can my account be set up?
We aim to call you within one business day of receiving your form. In most cases, your account is fully active the same day we speak. Your team can then start booking immediately.
Are there corporate rates for business accounts?
Yes. Depending on your monthly volume, we can agree preferential rates for regular journeys. This is discussed when we call you to set up your account — higher volumes typically qualify for better pricing.
